What exactly is it?
Exercise safely is a FREE 12 week exercise programme designed around your needs. When we receive your referral one of our friendly advisors will call you to discuss our service, ask you a few quick questions, and book you a one to one appointment with a Health Improvement Lifestyle Officer. At your one to one we will discuss with you any medical conditions you have and then create a personalised exercise plan for you to undertake based on what you have told us.
You are then free to use any Brio Leisure centre including gym, swim and some specialised exercise classes. But don’t worry, if you are unsure about what you are doing or fancy trying something new there are trained staff who are able to give you support and advice when you come in. We’ll also be in contact during your programme to find out how you are getting on and offer any further help and support you may need.
