Quit Smoking
We can guide and support you through your journey to becoming a happier, healthier non-smoker.

If you have a BMI between 30 and 39.9, our 12-week weight management programme will help you shift the pounds.
Find out more >Exercise safely
If you have one of the health issues outlined, you may be eligible for our 12-week ‘Exercise on Referral’ programme. Please contact your GP or Health professional, who will then refer you to the programme.
Find out more >Falls Prevention
If you’re eligible for the service, you’ll receive up to 25 weeks access to our Better Balance classes, designed to improve your strength and balance. Classes are available at a number of community venues across the borough and are completely free. Our instructors will talk you through everything and even provide you with exercises you can do in your own home too.
