We’re Back!

We’re pleased to say that our services are back up and running! Our phone lines are now open Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, get in touch with us by calling 0300 777 0033.

If you’re participating in our Weight Management or Exercise on Referral programmes you can now access these services via our booking system.

For those on our Falls Prevention programme and our new clients, a member of our team will be in touch with you soon.

Our smoking service will continue to operate remotely.
