Brio Wellbeing Now Delivering The HENRY Programme

Brio Wellbeing are working in partnership with Cheshire West and Chester, Cheshire and Wirral Partnership, and Health Box to deliver the HENRY programme.

HENRY provides a wide range of support for families from pregnancy to age 12 including workshops, programmes, resources and online help. All of our support for families is underpinned by the HENRY approach to supporting behaviour change which helps parents gain the confidence, knowledge and skills they need to help the whole family adopt a healthier, happier lifestyle and to give their children a great start in life.

We have a new group programme for parents of children aged 0-5 starting on Thursday 26th January – 30th March, 10am-12:30pm. This will be held at Stanlaw Abbey and creche facilities will be available for those requiring childcare support. The initial session will be a taster session to allow parents to explore the children’s centre, meet the facilitators and find out more about what to expect during the programme. There will then be another 8 sessions with a 1 week break to accommodate for the half term period. Parents will be provided all resources required to participate, along with refreshments too.
